About this apartment rental

House "Schmidt". Vandans, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Schruns, 8 km from the centre of Bludenz, in a quiet position on a slope. For shared use: property 600 m2 with meadow. Children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Vandans Golmerbahn" 300 m, railway station "Vandans" 1.6 km. Ski lift, gondola lift 300 m, slopes 50 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
"Schmidt", 5-room apartment 140 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 small double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC, sep. WC. Heating. 2 terraces 12 m2, covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Mit 2 großen Hunden und 5 Personen hatten wir eine perfekte Unterkunft. Ausreichend Platz, sehr gute Ausstattung und eine perfekte Lage (5min bis zur Bushaltestelle oder der Seilbahn "Golm"). Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Definitv weiter zu empfehlen.

Hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Terrasse und der Garten lädt zum chillen ein, Perfekt. Ruhige Lage, kurze Wege zur Golmbahn Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen wieder.
