We like everything about the property. It’s clean, the staff is always nice. And it’s so family friendly.

Please have an ATM installed right on the Aqua Polanki property because the one at the nearby hotel wasn’t working. Furthermore, it would be easier having an own ATM right at the facility.

Przytulne małe nowoczesne mieszkanko, dobrze wyposażone we wszystko czego na krótkim urlopie potrzeba. Dojście na basen łącznikiem dzięki czemu nie trzeba iść przez dwór. Kontakt z Panem Przemkiem sprawny. W basenie cieplutka przyjemna woda. Pobyt zima, więc nie oceniam odległości do morza

Die Lage zu Ostsee war super, kurzer Weg. Tolles spa Erlebnis und ruhige Unterkunft, obwohl es gut ausgebucht war.

Spa war manchmal etwas voll und die Sauna leider nicht immer an bei Öffnung.

Nähe zum Strand

Frühstück wird vor die Tür gestellt. Alles ist eingepackt. es wird geklopft wenn man noch schläft. Parken vor dem Restaurant für nur 3 minuten um Schlüssel zu holen, gab es einen Strafzettel. Sauna nur mit Badesachen möglich. Pool indoor zu klein und kalt. Weit ab vom Schuss.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem ganz tollen modernen Hotel

Das Zimmer war sehr modern, groß und schön, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht ,Toaster ,Kaffeemaschine ,Waschmaschine ,geschirrspüler . Der Balkon ist groß und die Sicht zum Wald war beruhigend ,außerdem hat man die Wellen ganz laut gehört. Das Meer ist über ein Waldweg 10min zu Fuss zu erreichen ,es ist etwas abgelegen vom Stadtrummel ,was uns sehr gut gefallen hat . Die Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt mit Spielplatz . Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön und das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker .

Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht ,dachten es gibt wie überall Buffet im Restaurant, leider wurde das Frühstück aber aufs Zimmer geliefert ,den ersten Tag war es sehr wenig für eine 4 köpfige Familie und nicht sehr kindgerecht ,auf Nachfrage könnten wir aber unsere Wünsche äußern und haben die anderen Tage ein ganz tolles Frühstück bekommen .

Insgesamt aber ein toller Aufenthalt mit meiner Frau und Kindern – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Anlage – perfekt für Familien. Pools und Wellnessbereich sind top, Strand in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sauber und weitläufig.

Verbesserungsvorschläge: Einige Informationen/Bedienungsanleitungen in Englisch oder Deutsch wären hilfreich. Im Saunabereich wäre mehr Aufsicht wünschenswert, da viele Kinder/Erwachsene ohne Handtuch hinein- und herausgingen und es dadurch unruhig war.

Alles sehr sauber , sehr schöne Anlage. Pools super. Auch der Fitnessraum sowie der Saunabereich waren super.

Es war nicht schön, dass man das Frühstück nicht optimal buchen konnte , es war nicht gut beschrieben. Das Essen in den Behältern war nicht schön. Man wurde satt, aber alles kalt, keine Brötchen, nur 1 Mal Kaffee.

Fantastyczne miejsce na pobyt z rodziną, zwłaszcza przed sezonem!

Jasność i przejrzystość apartamentu bardzo nas zaskoczyła. Łóżka baardzo wygodne. Dzieci zachwycone bawialnią i basenami, rodzice również - zwłaszcza basenem sportowym. Byliśmy przed sezonem, więc strefy nie były zatłoczone.

W ostatni dzień pobytu zauważyliśmy duży napływ nowych gości, co sugeruje zbliżający się sezon. W związku z tym w strefie basenowej, zwłaszcza przy gorszej pogodzie na zewnątrz, zaczęło być tłoczno.

Super sala zabaw oraz zewnętrzny plac zabaw dla dzieci, czysty aquapark i sauny w cenie. Świetna lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, blisko do morza i z dala od miejskiego zgiełku. W apartamencie pełne wyposażenie, jest wszystko czego potrzeba :) Świetny kontakt z opiekunem obiektu (pan Przemysław 👍🏻) i szczegółowe instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania 😁 serdecznie polecam. Na pewno wrócimy 😊

W strefie saun zabrakło klimatycznej muzyki i lodowego wodospadu. Nie jest to minusem lecz bardziej wskazówką na przyszłość dla właścicieli obiektu 😉

Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko morza, sklepów. Basen oraz sauny czynne cały dzień co pozwala na korzystanie w dowolnym czasie odpowiednim dla każdego. Restauracja na miejscu, w której można zakupić śniadanie,obiad, kolację czy po prostu wyjść na kawe, drinka wieczorem. Ceny również przystępne jak na Kołobrzeg. W apartamencie wszystko dostępne suszarka, prostownica, żelazko deska do prasowania, pralka oraz całe AGD czego byśmy nie chcieli to ten apartament to posiadał. Czyściutko , pościele świeżutkie. Płacę zabaw dla dzieci obok apartamentu wszystko sprawne/ nowe. Po prostu polecam z całego serca dla rodzin z dziećmi jak i dla par i osób starszych. Cisza spokój

Ogolnie pobyt udany. Napewno apartamenty warte polecenia.

Apartament świetnie urządzony. Wygodne łóżko, czysta pościel i ręczniki, aż miło. Wszystkie udogodnienia na miejscu, paktycznie jak w domu (chyba tylko brakowało mikrofalówki ;)). Własne miejsce parkingowe, trzeba tylko pamiętać o podnoszeniu blokady przy wyjeździe, bo chyba nie wszystkie apartamenty mają dedykowane miejsca i zawsze znajdzie się ktoś chętny na Wasze, gdy akurat bedzie puste ;)

Czasem zbyt przepełniona strefa z basenami. Raz zdarzyło się czekac dzieciakom w kolejce, gdyż była max liczba osob i ktoś musiał wyjsc, żeby inni mogli wejść. Zbyt wielu dorosłych oblegajacych cieplejsze malutkie defacto baseny, a najwiekszy basen z dosc zimna wodą wiec brrr ...Pobyt zimowy :)

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und US hat einfach das Ambiente sehr gut gefallen

Es wird erweitert und angebaut. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass es so extrem kommerziell wird. Darüber hinaus bezweifle ich dass der Indoor Pool an schlechten Tagen dann für alle ausreicht. Alle drei Becken waren jetzt schon im April zeitweise überfüllt (der Außenpool war noch geschlossen).
