Good value for money.

Location is good. 5-10 minutes from beach with wonderful sand. Swimming pool is great. Good kitchen. Big fridge. Reserved parking space for the car.

Broken lock in the toilet door. Strange architecture of the building. Water drops splash over the whole balcony. Drying rack and furniture cushions on balcony got wet once the rain went.

Ferienwohnung zum durchatmen und erholen

Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Selbst Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Im großen Abstellraum in der Wohnung lassen sich Koffer und Vorräte gut verstauen, so dass es leicht fällt Ordnung zu halten. Das Bett war ausgesprochen gemütlich. Das Schwimmbad in der Anlage lädt zum Schwimmen ein und bietet für Kinder zusätzliche Becken, so dass jeder seinen Raum findet. Die von uns gebuchte Wohnung verfügte über einen Tiefgaragenplatz, was perfekt war. Die Lage am Wald mit direktem Übergang zum Strand ist super.

Leider wurden die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants gekürzt, so dass es kein Frühstück mehr gibt.

Śniadanie wyjątkowe bardzo urozmaicone ciepłe smaczne posiłki. Jednym słowem Super. Dostarczone do pokoju pod drzwi bez zbędnych uwag. Pełny dostęp do basenu o każdej porze dnia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem apartamentu a dodatkowo bardzo uprzejmy. Apartament bardzo czysty, wyposażony w akcesoria AGD i potrzebne akcesoria kuchenne.

Es waren 3 schöne Tage und wir können es weiter empfehlen. Die Strandnähe ist sehr gut.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna ebenfalls. Super ausgestattet Küche und schöner großer Balkon.

Laut Beschreibung hatte das Zimmer ein Doppelbett, ein Einzelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Das Einzelbett war nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist ok und wird auf das Zimmer geliefert. Würden wir nicht nochmal buchen, da man die Menge nicht schafft und somit viele Lebensmittel weggeworfen werden. Der Verpackungsmüll ist auch nicht so schön. Es fehlte außerdem Marmelade/süßer Aufstrich und Obst.

Wygodne, spokojne miejsce do relaksu.

Ogromną zaletą tego miejsca jest fakt, że baseny, sauna, siłownia, restauracja oraz sala zabaw dla dzieci znajdują się w tym samym budynku co apartamenty. Dzięki temu można swobodnie poruszać się w klapkach i szlafroku, bez potrzeby wychodzenia na zewnątrz. Apartamenty są bardzo dobrze wyposażone – do dyspozycji mieliśmy pralkę, suszarkę, żelazko i inne udogodnienia, które sprawiają, że nawet dłuższy pobyt jest komfortowy. Dodatkowym atutem jest duża garderoba. Spory taras z leżakami sprzyja relaksowi. Okolica położona jest na uboczu Kołobrzegu, co daje spokój i ciszę. Do plaży jest około 200 metrów – krótki, 7-minutowy spacer nawet z małym dzieckiem. Sama plaża była niezatłoczona, co bardzo doceniamy. Do molo czy deptaka można dojść pieszo w około 40–50 minut lub dojechać taksówką w 5 minut (koszt ok. 20 zł). Na miejscu dostępny jest parking podziemny oraz drugi – na zamkniętym terenie. Dodatkowo: plac zabaw i lodziarnia tuż obok. Obsługa, jak i właściciel – 10/10. Dawno nie spotkaliśmy się z tak miłą i profesjonalną obsługą. Zdecydowanie polecamy! (Pobyt: 3 osoby dorosłe + 2 dzieci)

Apartament bardzo komforowy i czysty, wszystko czego potrzeba było dostępne, spacerkiem kilka minut do morza. Basen, sauna i silownia w tym samym budynku. Super kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo polecamy!

Die Unkunft war sehr comfortable, sauber und mütlich. Der Gastgeber hat an allen Details gedacht.

Das Frühstück wurde vor der Tür unseres Zimmers gestellt. Es war vielfältig, lecker und mehr als genug. Ich wünschte mir nur etwas mehr Obst und Gemüse. Ansonsten hat gut geschmeckt. Man sollte nicht zu lange mit Frühstücken warten. Das Rührei wird schnell kalt.

Das Apartment war sehr groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet, mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Sogar Klappstühle und Windschutz für den Strand waren vorhanden. Sehr schöner großer Balkon.

Kommunikation war erschwert durch mangelnde Englisch, bzw. Deutschkenntnisse. Spielplatz nicht gut geeignet für Kinder unter 3 Jahre. Fehlendes Einzelbett, was laut Ausstattung hätte da sein sollen.

Polecam na rodzinny wyjazd z dziećmi :)

Bardzo czysty i przestronny apartament. W pełni wyposażony. Do dyspozycji zamykany garaż w parkingu podziemnym ( rewelacja ) . Kontakt z gospodarzem całkowicie bezproblemowy. Po przyjeździe na miejsce zostaliśmy od razu oprowadzeni po obiekcie aby niczego nie pominąć :) Restauracja, która znajduje się w tym samym obiekcie, podaje naprawdę smaczne dania. Basen i sauny na wysokim poziomie i są w cenie pobytu natomiast bywało na nich tłoczno ( czas ferii ). Bywam w wielu takich obiektach i mam porównanie wiec mogę szczerze polecić !
