The accommodation is so clean, the Check in easy, the location of the building was super easy to find and is just around everything you need. I had a pleasant experience.

Just I had to extend my stay because now I have to spend more than one night in the city. But unfortunately it was difficult for me to reach the staff member, which prompted me to rent another accommodation in the same complex.

the smart system with no reception was interesting. the kitchen and the fridge inside the room are just amazing. a supermarket very near!

This was a great value and nice.

Smart Apart is across from Universite tram stop but also walkable from main bus station. Plenty if food options and a market near Smart Apart. Also a washer and dryer availailable on main floor. Walking to cruiseport is not advised. You can walk to the mall on the water. Fridge and microwave in room. I had to ask the only other guest I saw for wifi password. Place is very quiet.

L’emplacement, l’accès dans la chambre est bien expliqué.

Heureusement que ce n’était que pour une nuit ! Il faisait extrêmement froid dans la chambre ! J’ai tenté d’augmenter le chauffage mais impossible. De plus il y avait une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain.

Solo come indicazione per turisti con valige pesanti e problemi di deambulazione: l’ascensore arriva fino al 4^ piano. Per raggiungere gli appartamenti al 5^ piano ci sono da fare due rampe di scale.

O ar condicionado não funciona, não há sabonete ou shampoo disponível como anunciam. Não atendem no whatsapp, nem emails e nem mensagens do Booking. Não vale o preço. Mesmo pagando barato não compensa pelo desconforto e localização.

Simple et efficace

J'ai aimé l'efficacité, c'est d'ailleurs pour cela que je le conseille au voyageur d'affaire. Situé dans le coeur du milieu étudiant et d'affaire!!!

il n'y a pas d'accueil, c'est donc un peu froid comme entrée.... le quartier le soir est un limite pour des familles!!! mais il y a de quoi se restaurer autour. Et il manque un peu de place dans la chambre.
