South West facing balcony with sun all day which is why we chose this apartment. Comfortable king size bed. Easy walking distance to all amenities.

Sofa bed was of poor quality and no linen inside. Tried to get linen through the AI concierge which proved impossible suggest you drop this element of service and let your customers speak to a person. We stayed for a month and the basic fridge was not enough, it needs a fridge/freezer.

Lovely balcony being higher up - sea & pool view & got the sun all day. Lovely & quiet apartment.

The 4 chairs for sitting at the table were a bit uncomfortable

The apartment has a lovely view over the pool and the sea. The balcony is a good size. The canopy was very beneficial and also the clothes horse.. Waahing machine was great. The main bedroom and mattress was very good. The apartment came with a mop, bucket and some cleaning products. The fridge was sufficient, as was the microwave oven and oven. The pool area was nice and there was always an available lounge chair. The water machine was great, 60 cents for 5 litres of drinking water. The complex had good security and the outdoor areas were well maintained with good landscaping.. It was quiet and peaceful at night time.

On the day of arrival the address when entered into google maps does not bring you to the location and gives another location 3km from the actual apartment. When you read the information provided the address is not same as listed on booking.com. This was very frustrating and cost us a couple of hours and eventually when we couldnt find the location, we took a taxi. On the Friday we arrived there was a dead cockroach on the floor in the corner, and a live one in the cupboard above the sink. There were cockroach legs on the cooker top which indicated the apartment had not not been appropriately cleaned before our arrival. I had to use the wats app chat bot which is an AI chat bot. It doesnt capture the nuances. I contacted the owner through bookings.com messaging. They came by and sprayed the corners and the sinks. The following Tuesday a company came to spray the apartment. Only 2 bin bags for the kitchen bin are provided for a 2 week stay. There is no airconditioning. A ceiling fan in the sitting room and a slender upright tower fan in the bedroom. Both were inadequate especially during the hot nights in Tenerife. The sitting area with the couch bed has nothing else in it to sit down on. So you cant use the sitting room as a sitting room. There is no coffee table, armchair or any items that lend themselves to a nice space to sit down in for the evening. There is a tv but to watch it, you have to sit on the couch bed. While the couch bed was ok for sleeping on, l wouldnt consider it a couch in the practical sense. It had a short back and you would hit your head on the wall whwn sitting on it. The table and chairs on the balcony are inadequate. This is the centrail socialising area for when eating dinner and breakfast. The table and chairs appeared to be a camping set that fold up. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable and unsightly. They are not suitable and are completely out of place.
