Modern apartment in Golf del Sur, AC237, tempered pool and ocean view

I wouldn't give it a 9 or 10, but it's an 8 waiting to happen—they just need better kitchen utensils and a deeper clean.

The property was perfect for a family of 4 (12 & 9 year old). The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a lovely view of the sea & part of Mount Teide from the balcony. The property was extremely clean and had all the amenities required. The swimming pool was a huge hit with the kids. Excellent location, with beautiful walks nearby, golf courses and under 20 minutes to both airport & Los Cristianos.

It was perfect. Absolutely 0 issues. However warning to other guests, have the mobile number saved from the email to your phone to gain access to the property which is very well secured. We were lucky that other residents were leaving as we gained access as I’d removed the email with all the relevant details from my inbox. Once in, no issues at all… all very straight forward!

Appartamento completo di tutti i comfort,cucina attrezzata,bagno con lavatrice,balcone con salottino e stendino.Piscina grande e riscaldata, struttura con tanti appartamenti ma comunque silenziosa.Facile check in e perfetta comunicazione con l’host.Posizione in una bella zona a sud vicino all’aeroporto ma non dá fastidio il rumore degli aerei.Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

The unit itself is nice and it has a decent view. Everything was clean and in good condition.

This area is a little remote and although there are some restaurants and a market on the street, there’s not a lot nearby (including beaches). The area was pretty empty and a lot of places were permanently closed. It’s hard to leave the complex at check-out. you leave you complex key card in the unit, but you need it to exit any of the doors (it made me wonder how to get out in an emergency). I had to wait 20 minutes for someone else to leave so that I could get out of the gate. Also, the check-in time is listed at 3pm. I couldn’t complain if they said that was the earliest I could arrive. But they told me the day before that I could arrive at 12:30. I did, and I had to wait outside on the street for 90 minutes. They wouldn’t event let me drop off my luggage. and speaking of luggage - don’t bring much - the apartment is located up and down several small staircases. There’s a lift for the biggest one, but there are still 2 or 3 without a lift.
