The Valley Room 8 condo with parking on premises

Beautiful and cozy apartment in St. Julian’s, perfect for a one week stay. The balcony offers a lovely view, and the location is excellent, with everything you need nearby. Great value for money, we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great.

We were a party of two and really enjoyed our modern room. The location was nicely situated and less than 400m to St. Julian’s (Spinola Bay), in our opinion, the most interesting, active and charming area for accommodations. We would certainly stay there again and recommend. The room had most amenities one would need, but no kitchenette or options to cook. Communication The managers, most specifically William, were exceptional before and during our stay. On the day of check-in, we were given access codes to retrieve our keys and information as to building requirements. We received nearly daily texts and messaging, checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and responding to any of our inquiries, all this without being intrusive. Location The location was exceptional. A major Welbee’s supermarket was located at the end of the driveway and across the street. A self-service laundromat was just down from the supermarket. We did not feel comfortable using the laundromat as it was all done through an app, and the app had too many complaints and poor to terrible customer reviews. We enjoyed this Spinola Bay even more than Sliema as it offers a nice promenade, cafes, bars, restaurants, night life, walkable, scenic, and a short distance to the red light district (if you are in to that environment). Several beaches nearby. Amenities Very good Wi-Fi, A/C, heat, private bathroom, toiletries, towels (which management provided replacements after five days), desk table and chair, plates and utensils, mini-fridge, wine/bottle opener, scissors, dish towel, flat screen TV, iron & ironing board, hot water cooker, tea & coffee packets, wine glasses, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, hair dryer, wardrobe, hangers, clothes rack, drying rack, security peep hole, double latch lock, door prop, mini-safe, most outlets had converters already plugged in to the UK style pronged outlets, comfortable bed with two sets of pillows.

No option to cook in the room. -Our balcony had a high cement wall, which does not allow one a view if seated at the balcony table. There were at least two other units which had rails and offered views while being seated at their balcony tables. -Apartment deposit was not returned within the 7-days as written in the booking contract. We had to notify the management, provide them with proof of how and when the deposit was made. We had to do provide too many details for the deposit refund, which was on record and in the original booking had they taken to time to look it up themselves. After we provided all the details they asked for, the refund was then processed and returned after about an additional five days or so. -No parking provided. Don’t know if this was for our specific unit or if limited spaces were already reserved during our stay.

Lokacija je fenomenalna, za par minuta ste u centru i blizu svega, takodje komunikacija za domacinima je bila odlicna, pomogli su nam kada je u pitanju nasa greska.

Jedinu zamerku koju imamo je da aparmant nije bio ciscen za vreme celog boravka, ali smo sami vodili racuna o tome.

Didn’t have the facilities it mentioned on booking.com so misleading and wouldn’t have booked if I’d known that. Didn’t provide many basics like much loo roll. Had to beg for my deposit back even though we left the room immaculate.
