Het appartement was heel fijn, groot en super schoon en netjes. Het grote dakterras met loungebank was geweldig. Ook het fijne zwembad was top en het feit dat er allerlei restaurantjes, winkels en attracties op loopafstand waren. Je zat ontzettend centraal. Zelfs het strand was op loopafstand. De tv had Netflix wat voor onze kids ideaal was. En omdat de auto in de garage kon staan bleef hij lekker koel. We hebben het er ontzettend fijn gehad. Als je gaat voor plezier en rumoer om je heen (en niet voor je rust) kan ik je dit appartment echt aanbevelen.

Niet alle airco's deden het. Gelukkig waren er fans in het plafond geïnstalleerd maar de eerste week was het erg warm en niet super comfortabel. Daarna met 30 graden was het prima te doen op de 2 andere airco's. Elke avond klonk dezelfde muziek vanaf de kermis naast het appartement. Als je op je terras zat hoorde je dit goed. Op zich geen punt, maar na 3 weken dezelfde liedjes hadden we het daar wel mee gehad. Af en toe een avond rust zou fijn zijn geweest (maar verder niet heel erg).

The apartment was spacious, clean, fab air conditioning, brilliant balcony. The pool area was so clean also.

We liked everything. This is a fabulous holiday let.

Location very good, the apartment is really lovely. Had everything you could need, very spacious and extremely clean. The balcony is very large overlooking a quiet corner. The patio furniture excellent. The beds are very comfortable. Very large TV with access to English channels, or whichever nationality you choose. Pool is lovely, very deep. Despite being located directly on the strip, no noise at night. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone travelling to Cabo Roig.

Originally we were expected to collect the keys from office, which is in Torrevieja, 25 minutes away by car, we did not have a car, however, the rep made arrangement to get keys to us instead, this was very helpful but would have been better for the keys to be at the property, waste of time waiting for the keys to arrive. Also need key fob to get in/out the gates, this quite inconvenient. Obviously great that needed to get in but not out!. Lastly there are no loungers at the pool. There’s loungers in the apartment.
