Ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet mit wenig Stadtlärm. Ansprechende Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Station Conca D‘Oro der Metro B1 in 15-20min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Große Dachterrassen mit schöner Aussicht in verschiedene Richtungen. Einfacher Check In / Check Out / sonstiger Kontakt über ausschließlichem WhatsApp/Emailkontakt.
Aufzug ist gut zu hören, weil der Antriebsraum direkt an das Schlafzimmer grenzt - bei Nacht wurde der Aufzug aber nicht benützt. Metallstühle und Tische auf den Dachterrassen waren verrostet, daher nur mit Auflagen zu verwenden.
