How clean and nice it was. Plus the view !!
It’s completely out of their control, however the stairs…. When you’re going up those stairs with suitcases or after a long hot day it really is annoying.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, brand-new apartment. The location is truly exceptional — right on the Riva, within the southern wall of Diocletian’s Palace. The apartment is very stylish, modern, and luxuriously decorated, with great attention to detail and a very elegant atmosphere. Waking up to the view of the sea, the islands, and the lively Split waterfront was absolutely unforgettable. Everything was just a few steps away: restaurants, cafés, shops, the promenade, and the historic old town. A truly special place that perfectly combines history, comfort, luxury, and the most beautiful Mediterranean view. We would definitely love to come back.

Landlord shall have mentioned this is no lift and have to bring up 8 pieces of luggages through allies and staircases.
