La situation de l'appartement à distance à pied des commerces du bourg La mise à disposition d'un parking privatif et sécurisé La vue partielle sur la mer proche de quelques centaines de mètres La quiétude de la rue " Chaise du curé " Cette découverte de la commune ce Carantec , station balnéaire remarquable
Un problème technique mineur qui concerne une odeur un peu désagréable , uniquement dans la salle de bains. A part cela c'est nickel
