You can walk to everything from the house, and enjoy the panoramic view of Callot Island and the Château du Taureau. The fully-renovated house comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, a pretty enclosed garden with a sheltered, sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture and 2 barbecues.

- Bathroom with shower

- Large attic bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and single extra bed
