Niki Athens Suites - Sunny Suite in Monastiraki Historical Centre

The location in itself was very central and made it easy to get to the offering places in athens, there were also supermarkets nearby and restaurants as well. The air conditioning really helped with the hot weather, and the terrace had a nice sunset.

I didn’t like the street in which the apartment was in because there were a lot of sketchy men that kept staring at me to the point where i had to ask my boyfriend to accompany me home (from a street away) as to not risk getting approached inappropriately- it was truly uncomfortable and i would not recommend walking alone as a woman down that street. I would have liked for this to have been mentioned before booking. Also the both room door did not close and there was no dishwasher (altho the dishwasher is fine).

The locality while central was in a a suspect neighbourhood. Very rundown and clearly occupied by homeless people and immigrants. Im not at all timid but it was a little scary. Indeed one taxi driver refused to take me there!gr

The apartment was spacious and clean. With extra bed sheets and towels. Good location near to the center.

Niki wrote me all the time to ensure we find all good and in case we need anything. She has the place with everything we need and the place looks just like the pictures.

The location, I didn't feel secure walking around the place. Nothing happened to us, but even from the window we could see homeless sleeping Infront the appartment. I understand she can't do anything about this. Also the elevator is old and doesn't have a door, then you see all the floors when goes up and down, gives the impression that will stop in any minute. But, I should say that Everything that was in her control was great!
