Spotlessly clean and well-equipped
The keys were located 600m from the property with no details of exactly how to find the premises. I spent 20mins wandering around various apartment blocks until I happened upon the correct place. The photos didn’t help me find the location, they just showed the door when you finally found the right entrance. The instructions merely contained one line saying the keys are located at Donibane Plaza with GPS coordinates which were completely useless to me. They also didn’t say that you needed to collect the keys in order to access the car park so you could walk to the key location!

Bénéficier d’un parking est un vrai plus.
L’appartement se situe tout près de la plage. Il est spacieux et moderne.
La récupération des clés se fait dans une boîte à clé accessible après 16h. Je suis arrivée à 15h50 et j’ai dû attendre. Il pourrait prévoir quelques minutes avant.
L’appartement se situe sur une rue très passante et le balcon donne sur un parking. De fait il est peu agréable d’y rester.
J’ai trouvé l’appartement globalement bien mais vraiment trop cher.

Die Lage - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin, die sich um Anfragen zeitnah kümmert und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man mit Blick in die Berge Essen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut…gefehlt haben uns Müslischalen und eine Salatschleuder. Für den Kaffee steht eine French Press zur Verfügung. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt am Haus oder aber in eine nahegelegenen Tiefgarage. Ausflüge nach San Sebastian (einfach per Bus) und Wandermöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung (Jakobsweg).
Das Bad ist nur vom Schlafzimmer zu erreichen und hat eine transparente Glastür.
