It is a fourth-floor apartment, exterior, surrounded by magnificent magnolias belonging to the garden area of the Sanzenea Palace, the current municipal library of the town. 100 metres from the beach and just 200 metres from the historic centre of Zarautz, making it an ideal apartment for both families and couples. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen-diner and laundry area. The entire property is exterior with two balconies. It has a garage space in the same building, with direct access from the lift.

It was an excellent, comfortable property in a great location. There were 6 of us, and it worked well. Useful having its own parking space. More cups and glasses would have been useful, and some crockery is chipped and needs replacing.

En principio es una ciudad que me encanta, pero ademas al contar con este alojamiento es una gozada, lo mejor para mi es la ubicacion, cerca de todo, si de todo, playa, comercios, tren....
Ellas encantadoras como siempre.
Y el apartamento con un tamaño ideal al que no le falta ningun detalle.
Nosotros ya hemos repetido y seguiremos seguramente.
