Great stay

We had a wonderful stay with Nyoman at his home. When we arrived his daughter Kendra was there to greet us. Nyoman was out on a tour with the other guests that were staying in the adjacent bungalow. So if you stay here dont book any tours as he will be most happy to take you on a private tour! Kendra made us Balinese coffee with small cakes to have while we waited for Nyomen to return. The home was clean and comfortable. The courtyard outside was just beautiful! He has obviously taken a lot of time to create a beautiful space outside. When he returned he took us to have dinner at a very nice warung on the mountain named Taduh. The food and drinks here were awesome! The view was simply breathtaking with the sunset over the mountains. He made us traditional Balinese breakfast both mornings that we were there. We spent a lot of time talking with him and his daughter and learned much about the Balinese culture. I would highly recommend a stay with this lovely gentleman if you are in the Munduk area!

This property would not be suitable if you are handicapped as there is a steep hill to climb to reach the house. Otherwise it is an awesome place to stay.

Beautiful location with friendly host

The host Mang was great, so friendly and helpful took me by car to nearby waterfalls and lake. Room clean, comfy bed with mosquito net. Breakfast included. Quiet and peaceful. Good location for hiking

No WiFi but host took me to local shop where you can buy SIM for internet very cheap

Gezellig en prachtige omgeving

We hadden een ruime slaapkamer, badkamer, keuken en veranda in mooie tuin tot onze beschikking. Nyoman, de eigenaar is super vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Hij bracht ons de eerste avond naar een restaurant en wachtte daar totdat we klaar waren met eten. Het was te ver om te lopen en taxi’s rijden er niet zoveel in Munduk. De watervallen trail loop je vanaf de homestay en is een echte aanrader.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt helemaal dus verwacht geen luxe hotel.

Nyoman è stato fantastico con noi! Ci ha accolto come parte della famiglia ed è sempre stato a nostra disposizione dalla mattina alla sera. Colazioni tradizionali e sempre diverse molto buone e the e caffè a tua richiesta, ottimi per quando torni da trekking alle cascate! Consiglio assolutamente e se tornerò dalle parti di Munduk alloggerò sicuramente da lui

Un excellent séjour chez un hôte exceptionnel !

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits chez Nyoman, à Munduk, en famille. L'emplacement est calme et le logement est très propre. Nyoman nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, il a été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour, toujours présent pour nous conseiller, nous offrir un thé, ou discuter. Il propose des excursions la journée, mais nous avions déjà un chauffeur pour les sorties (cascades, balade dans la jungle). En revanche, pour le restaurant le soir, c'est Nyoman qui nous conseillait (très bien), nous emmenait et nous ramenait. Le restaurant où travaille sa fille est une merveille, tant pour la vue que pour la qualité des plats et la gentillesse du personnel. Les petits déjeuners (inclus) étaient différents chaque matin et frais avec des produits locaux. Au total, une adresse à conseiller, avec un hôte d'une grande qualité humaine, et qui partage une joyeuse énergie.

La température de la douche est un peu fluctuante, mais c'est un détail :)

Unterkunft mit viel Herz

Ein super süsses Homestay etwas abseits von Munduk, mitten im Urwalt und unter Einheimischen. Wer etwas Abgeschiedenheit vom Touristenrummel sucht ist hier richtig. Der Manager ist auch supersüss! Er tut alles um seinen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu garantieren. Man wird mit viel Tee und Herzlichkeit bewirtet. Wer es minimalistisch mag und es liebt, abenteuerliche Bergstrassen mit dem Roller zu befahren ist hier goldrichtig.

Eigentlich kann man nichts bemängeln ausser vielleicht die Sauberkeit im Bad, aber auch das wird durch die Herzlichkeit des Besitzers wieder wett gemacht. :)

Fijne homestay met hele behulpzame host

Homestay Sente is een hele sfeervolle plek waar je leuk buiten kunt zitten in de mooie tuin. Wij verbleven in het gastenhuisje, wat top was. Genoeg ruimte, klamboe beschikbaar en een lekkere douche. Hoewel er geen airconditioning is was het niet te warm, doordat Munduk genoeg afkoelt 's nachts en er ramen open kunnen. Wat er echt uit sprong tijdens ons verblijf was de gastvrijheid en service van Nyoman! Hij zette een extra stap om ons verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Zo regelde hij scooters, raadde hij een warung aan waar hij ons heen bracht en zette hij vele kopjes thee voor ons. Ten slotte heeft hij voor ons geregeld dat zijn schoonzoon ons voor een hele nette prijs naar ons volgende verblijf in Sidemen bracht: De beste driver die we op Bali hebben gehad! We raden dit verblijf zeker aan!

Incroyable

Nyoman est un hôte incroyable, très gentil et très serviable, souriant et toujours de bonne humeur. Il nous a beaucoup aidé durant le séjour (il nous a accompagné au restaurant le premier jour), nous avons beaucoup discuté avec lui. À l’écoute et adorable, n’hésitez pas à venir séjourner chez lui, on recommande à 100%. C’est un plaisir d’être accueilli par lui. La chambre était super, propre et confortable.
