Great location for Manchester City Centre and the Co Op Live venue. Loved having upstairs bathroom and downstairs loo.

A basin in the kitchen sink would have been useful.

The location of the property was spot on for the gig we saw on Saturday night. Only about a 10 minute walk away.

The property is nothing like the photos. The carpets are heavily stained and didn’t look like they had been hoovered. The sofa is the most uncomfortable thing we have even sat on and there is a disgusting, huge stain on it which they have tried to hide with a throw. This was mentioned in another review almost a year ago! The kitchen is basic and crockery and cutlery is cheap. The downstairs toilet had a huge cobweb hanging from the window which has obviously been there for sometime. The bathroom was dirty. There is black mould growth in the grout, shower screen and shower fixtures. The skirting board at the back of the washbasin was filthy. Bath mat either wasn’t clean or had certainly seen better days. Towels are provided, but they are tiny, cheap and unpleasant to get dried on. The shower was dreadful, no water pressure and either boiling hot or freezing cold. None of the beds had a mattress protector or pillow protector on, which is an absolute basic in my book. The bedding was cheap (poly cotton) and stained. The mattress in the large bedroom was larger than the bed base by quite a bit and therefore no support when getting in and out of bed. I actually fell out of bed during the night. We arrived when it was dark outside and were shocked the next day to see how run down the estate looks. There was litter everywhere, mattresses and black bags just lying in the street. I’ve addressed all these issues with the agent which was in contact with us, who has apologised. However when the sofa issue was raised nearly a year ago and hasn’t been addressed, I’m doubtful any of these things will be looked at. We wouldn’t stay here again.
