Мы впервые были в Айвалыке. Спасибо большое Хозяину Otelia Pansiyon за радушное гостеприимство! Внутренний дворик с оливковыми деревьями и цветами обеспечивал нас комфортной прохладой, и можно было с утра наслаждаться свежесваренным кофе в тени листвы. Нам понравилась атмосфера этого прекрасного места и уютный чистый номер со всеми удобствами. Мы обязательно вернёмся в гости вновь, если у нас будет такая возможность. Рекомендуется. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt ein kleines bisschen versteckt, ist aber trotzdem schnell auffindbar. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Sauberkeit und dem tollen Personal. Alle waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns ganz hervorragend geholfen und wir haben sogar einen Kaffee aufs Haus bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mayıs başı, sezon kapalıyken kaldık. Tek müşteriydik. Ev sahibi Erdem Bey ilgiyi sınırların ötesine taşıdı: istediğimiz odaya geçtik, kahvaltıyı istediğimiz saatte ve istediğimiz şeyle yaptık. Dost-akraba sıcaklığı gördük. Ayvalık tavsiyeleriyle Macaron Sokağı ve Küçükköy'ü keşfettik, güvenli/ucuz otopark bulduk. Konum mükemmel: denize ve merkeze 5-6 dk yürüme ama tamamen sessiz. Odalar yeni tadilat, temiz, ne rutubet ne sigara kokusu var.
Tek sorun fiyat: Sezon kapalı, pansiyonlar boş, buna rağmen günlük 105 USD çok yüksek. Fiyat düşerse kesinlikle 9-10/10. Yine de güzel bir tatildi.
