Eşimle birlikte 1 gecelik konaklamamızda otelin genel kalitesinden çok memnun kaldık. Temizlik konusunda kesinlikle kusursuzdu, odalar oldukça ferah ve bakımlıydı. Personel ise son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldi. Kahvaltı da lezzetli ve doyurucuydu; her şey düşünülmüştü.
Ancak maalesef otopark konusunda büyük bir sorun yaşadık. Otelin bulunduğu caddede park etmek yasak ve polisler sık sık denetim yapıyor. Otelin anlaşmalı olduğu otoparkın valesi gelene kadar aracımızla otelin yanındaki yol çıkmazında beklemek zorunda kaldık. Tam o esnada polis geldi ve bekleme halinde olduğumuz halde bize ceza kesti. Ceza daha sonra sisteme de işledi.
Otel olarak bu durumu misafirlere daha net anlatmanızda fayda var. Özellikle check-in öncesi veya vale gelene kadar geçen sürede nerede beklenmesi gerektiği konusunda uyarı yapılması ya da sürecin daha hızlı işlemesi adına bir çözüm bulunması çok iyi olur.
Genel olarak otel deneyimimiz çok güzeldi ama yaşadığımız bu otopark problemi maalesef konforumuzu olumsuz etkiledi. Yine de otelin kalitesine güveniyoruz; bu küçük ama önemli detayın düzeltileceğini umuyoruz.

Hotel was super (location, very clean, beds are super comfort and new) Staff was very responsive and professional. They upgraded our room to room with sofa! I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel

Walls were dirty, tables scratched, part of the staff weren’t friendly, WiFi connection was poor, even facilities were kind of cheap
