Toda a envolvência do espaço é muito boa, desde a tranquilidade, a possibilidade de haver acesso a duas piscinas e à lagoa. Existência de muitos espaços de jardim e bem tratados. Também achei importante haver garagem fechada para a viatura.
Não tenho nada a apontar de aspetos que tenham sido menos positivos.
