Beach Loft Poetto

Location was excellent. Safe parking. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen facilities. Perfect in every way apart from internet. Go to the Beach in the mornings for the best experience

Sadly the internet was very hit and miss. The owners communication was excellent but despite 2 routers we still couldn’t get on which stopped me from working. Great description of which bin took what but we didn’t realise that we had to take this out daily - we think the cleaner was trying to tell us this when we left. We cleared all our rubbish to the bins but didn’t realise this. We’re sorry as UK bin collections are once a week on the same day. Please let future guests know so they don’t inconvenience the cleaner. We always try to leave the places we stay as good or better that we arrived.

- Direct access to the sea, so if you want to spend hours daily at the beach, it's highly recommended - Communication with the host was easy and fast responding - Private parking inside the gate - Outdoor shower (if you went to the beach)

- even though it's at the beach, the loft is very close to SP17 which is very busy with traffic all day - kitchen is equipped but lacks small items, e.g. sponges, paper towels etc (easy fixables), so it feels a bit more homely - there was a specific smell which was coming from the drainage/bathroom all days even though someone came to fix it - the tree on the veranda outside was infested by lice which attracted lots of ants; that made it a bit not so pleasant to sit outside in the shade - WiFi was not constantly working which was tricky because the phone signal was not strong - TV signal was also not constantly strong; you need to have your own Netflix/Amazon account - we find it quite pricey but seems to be comparable to other houses

La localisation est au top., sortir du portail directement sur la plage. Stationnement privé Conditions d'hébergement super et propriétaire très attentif et réactive. Je recommande fortement

Struttura nuova e molto pulita. Buona dotazione di elettrodomestici. Proprietari disponibili ad accontentare in tempi brevi le richieste.

La spiaggia e il mare di fronte alla struttura sono sotto lo standard di bellezza della Sardegna. La struttura si trova su una strada molto trafficata e senza marciapiedi, non c'è nulla raggiungibile a piedi (bar, supermercati, ristoranti...). Materasso del divano letto un po' scomodo. Stile della casa minimal ma poco funzionale (bagno sprovvisto di porta asciugamani e porta rotolo...). Descrizione dei posti letto non corretta: vengono menzionati un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli in una camera più un divano letto in soggiorno, in realtà ci sono i due letti singoli ed il divano letto in un unico spazio. Presenza di zanzare a qualsiasi ora del giorno.
