The location, the peacefulness and the cleanliness. Our host was so responsive when we had a problem with the shower. Such a good communicator.

First of all, it’s very inconvenient that the key needs to be picked up elsewhere in another place and there is a time limit.
The second is more important. The apartment looks like a basement, not an apartment. It was a basement before and then they try to make an apartment from it. Аfter you entered the building, you must go down. The front door is low, old and dirty. No curtains on the windows. Quaint courtyard, because there is another basement lower, and somebody lives here and uses this courtyard. Very noisy place, poor sound insulation. Old mattress, bed linen, pillows of poor quality. With all this, together with the low ceilings, the apartment looks more like a cave.
