Good amount of space and a short walk into town

The road right outside the bedroom door was on a road frequently used throughout the night, and motorbikes speed up the hill with loud exhausts. Also the neighbours dog barks whenever its left out in the yard, which is quite often and right outside the kitchen window. There was also an ant nest forming behind the fridge, when we told the host about this they responded 'they knew about that, and just clean with bleech' - not a great response, and clearly not a long term solution
