Clean and convenient, near the baths and peace and quiet from Banos.

Location was within walking distance of the city center. Apartment is also quite spacious. Our bus arrived in Baños early. The lady from the store beneath the apartment woke up the host (at 6AM) and he offered to store our bags until we could come back for the check-in, this was very helpful to us.

To reach the apartment, you have to go through quite a shabby alley, where we already noticed some cockroaches. Inside the apartment we noticed there was ants in the kitchen and bathroom, mold on the wall and in the evening we also spotted a cockroach in the apartment. This made the place feel rather unhygienic. In addition, there was also coffee from the previous guests in the coffee machine. The windows of the two bedrooms facing the street are really thin, you can pretty much hear every conversation that is being held in the street. This can be bothering, especially on party days. Considering this, the apartment was quite overpriced at 110 USD a night, although it was the weekend of Independance Day.
