Logement très bien agencé, avec un balcon tout autour. Cuisine bien équipée, important si vous aimez cuisiner. Le logement est très bien situé. Il se trouve pile en face de la gare, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour l'arrivée et le départ, et pour rejoindre les petites gares de l'Esterel. Il est à proximité immédiate des commerces et de la plage. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement réactifs, disponibles, et ont été soucieux d'arranger au mieux les conditions de notre séjour, nous avons pu en faire l'expérience.
L'environnement extérieur est bruyant, en raison du boulevard qui passe au pied de l'immeuble. Heureusement, en fermant les fenêtres doubles, on n'entend presque plus rien. Le matelas du lit de la chambre est trop mou à notre goût, celui du canapé lit est bien meilleur. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais heureusement il n'y a que deux étages à grimper.
