Sijainti on erinomainen, helppo myös lähteä tutustumaan ympärillä oleviin paikkoihin koska bussi ja juna asema todella lähellä. Samoin rantakävely upella kävelykadulla, kaupat ja lukuisat kahvilat ja ravintolat.
Jos omistaja suunnittelee jotain remppaa tulevaisuudessa niin vinkkinä olisi poistaa kylpyamme. Hieman hankalaa vanhemmalle henkilölle kiivetä ammeeseen suihkua ottamaan. Suihkukaappi olisi parempi ja säästyyhän siinä myös vettä.
