The Location was fantastic. We walked everywhere cross crossing Verona day and night and thanked God we didn't book further out. A stones throw from the Roman bridge. Aperol Spritz is €4 just north of the river over the bridge. Nice to be able to park in back street (spaces are not always available.) Christian took care to communicate in detail and with kindness. We easily were able to access the apartment and scoffed the complimentary biscuits. Thank you. We found d the double bed very comfortable. Sofa bed was pretty good for a 70kg 18byr old. (Some are unbearable). We left our opera cushions in the wardrobe as you can't leave Verona without discovering how amazing opera in the arena is. Easy to cook in kitchen.

I mentioned to Christian how difficult it was for me to get out of the shower, I have lost grip strength but don't have arthritis yet. I couldn't pull the folding panel in... Most are pushed out. Had to holler for husband to come to my rescue. We discussed how an inside handle could prevent a solo traveller getting stuck.

Ottima la posizione per visitare il centro storico, arena, casa di Giulietta e il castello che si può raggiungere a piedi con la scalinata oppure con la funivia, dove si può godere di un ottimo panorama. L'appartamento è molto confortevole e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare parcheggio sul posto, altrimenti vi daranno un pass per il parcheggio strisce blu. Noi eravamo in due più ns figlio piccolo quasi 3 anni.

The location is wonderful! Very close to the main attractions.

There is no free parking, as stated on the property’s profile. Parking is on the street, only a few spots, and only if a guest happens to be lucky enough to find a spot. We didn’t..: We were driving around the neighborhood in the evening with the children in the car for around 20min to find a spot. In the end, we ended up parking in the paid garage for 21eur. We also didn’t appreciate the communication style, which felt too pushy regarding the payment, the request to remove shoes, the reminders to clean after ourselves, and the no-smoking rule. We fully agree with all these house rules — we don’t smoke and we also remove our shoes at home — but the way they were communicated felt unnecessarily insistent. These are understandable and reasonable rules, yet since they are already clearly stated in the accommodation description and on the signs throughout the house, there’s no need to repeatedly remind guests about them via WhatsApp. Also, the offered breaksfast is too poor: only crackers, coffee, and juice.
