The location is a bit far from city centre by walk (but faisable).

Good value, helpful staff and decent food. The hotel was very helpful with arranging my plans to visit Volcanoes National Park. Thank you!

Lovely staff who helped organise a driver to gorillas. Very comfortable bed, nice breakfast and they are flexible with timings or will pack it if going to gorillas/golden monkeys. A little out of town but a nice walk in or plenty of motorbikes available to bring you.
Hot water didn't last very long even after the staff tried to get it to work.

Decent wifi. Breakfast was served to order and it was plentiful. That bit out of town so you need to drive, get a moto or 25min walk.
Parking is very tight from a narrow street. The pictures do not fully represent the actual place. It's definitely well photographed, but does not look like it in reality. The bathroom is very basic. One of the nights there was no water.
