Kontakt i obsługa wyjątkowa, bardzo pomocna i bezproblemowa! Sasha w każdej sytuacji nam pomógł i szybko odpowiadał na zapytania. Skorzystaliśmy z dłuższego o kilka godzin pobytu w apartamencie zarówno w dniu przyjazdu, jak i odjazdu - rewelacja! Choć wiemy, że to nie zawsze jest możliwe. Łatwy odbiór kluczy z pobliskiego sklepu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra (blisko przystanek autobusowy i metro), sporo udogodnień (pralka, suszarka, zmywarka, żelazko itd.), piękny widok z okna, wygodne łóżka. Przepiękna, zabytkowa kamienica. Apartament stylowy i przestronny. Duży TV i kanapa w salonie.
Brak windy (piąte piętro - wąska klatka schodowa), aczkolwiek ciężko w takiej zabytkowej kamienicy o taki luksus. Brak niektórych udogodnień (np. brak deski do prasowania, nietypowy ekspres do kawy trudny w użytkowaniu - brak kapsułek). Stare i niedziałające poprawnie okna. Kilka rzeczy niesprawnych lub wymagających wymiany np. stół w kuchni.

Rue et quartier calmes, proche du métro Pimlico et Victoria, vue au loin sur London Eye et Westminster. Le séjour est cosy, les chambres ont des armoires murales pour ranger les vêtements, les lits sont très confortables. La cuisine est assez bien équipée (toaster, chauffe-eau, machine à café et chauffe-lait). Grande TV avec options de Streaming. Bonne connexion wi-fi. Lave-linge et sèche-linge. Clés faciles à récupérer, hôte disponible très facilement par téléphone ou via Booking. Merci pour le séjour!
L'appartement mériterait quelques touches de rénovation (très vieilles fenêtres simple vitrage (bruit et isolation thermique), le chauffage au salon ne fonctionnne pas, équipements abîmés à la cuisine), il manque 2-3 objets courants (brosse-ramassoire, balai ou aspirateur, éponges, petites-cuillères, piles pour télécommandes/poubelle). La table de la cuisine est un peu branlante.
