Sam budynek w którym znajduje się mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko dworca, sklepów, plaży i centrum. Mieszkanie po remoncie i mimo starego budownictwa w bardzo dobrym stanie. Na wyposażeniu klimatyzacja, pralka, piekarnik, zmywarka i wygodne łóżko w sypialni.
Czystość klatki schodowej, ale ogólnie było w porządku.
