The property was extremely clean and tidy. Instructions before arriving were clear and well informed. Matt was great and even let us know of an earlier check in, which was very helpful. The Friday Nottingham traffic didn't allow for it in the end but it was certainly appreciated! Matt was also very accomodating when we asked for all the beds to be arranged as singles. All in all, the property is lovely and very well managed. I would definitely recommend people stay here.

This is an exceptional property, beautifully presented, homely & comfortable. The attention to detail is impressive- from the decor to the contents the owners have thought of everything to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.

Fabulous house, clean, tidy, lots of kitchen utensils. The extras had been very well thought out- chargers by the nightstands in the bedrooms for example. Hairdryers, fans in the top bedrooms. Clearly a very well looked after property.
