The location was great, and the condo was comfortable except the bathroom. The lanai had a nice view and caught some breezes. Jayne was very hepful when we got there and let us leave our luggage while we explored until 4 pm checkin.
The bathroom fans didn't work, and the bathroom had no windows so it was extremely hot. Check out was at 10, but we carried everything out at 6 and then realized that we had forgotten a water bottle. When we tried to go back in the door code no longer worked. It should have worked until 10. Jayne later retrieved the water bottle so we coud pick it up. We had asked for a late checkout but were denied and told Evolve doesn't allow that. However, as an Evolve property owner I know that is not true--it is up to the owner.
