1. ELFA apartment is a convenient location for local shops, restaurants, CTM bus station and Souk Alhad. The apartment is spacious with two toilets which makes it easy for families. 2. I did not meet the owner but his janitor to handover the keys promptly. The owner was prompt in communication and arranged for the janitor to come over again to induct us into using gas stove in the kitchen. Also the owner was very happy to answer questions via Whatsapp- at one occasion past 11 pm when I needed a code to enter the building. 3. Good value for money overall and thank you for hosting us!

I liked everything. A suggestion below! 1. The price is reasonable for this place. I suggest to invest in replacing some of the towels as it does not cost a fortune. Lucky I had my own towels as a back up. Also a bunch of kitchen towels, washing up liquid and clean/newish kitchen wash clothes would go a long way and save your guest a hasty stroll on day 1. You already have a janitor to clean and there the janitor could do a relatively good job in tidying up the kitchen and cleaning the kitchen utensils! 2. Its convenient and hence I bought my washing liquid, etc and I don't mind buying those. Its just about convenience on day 1 to have a access to clean cups, etc. for a sip of tea!

The service was outstanding very good first class service. The apartment was clean and the stay was very comfortable. Anything we needed was provided very fast the owner is very kind and helpful. I would recommend families to stay here with exceptional service and value. Thank you Yassin for everything you were absolutely amazing.
