About this house rental
Nice house in a spanish syle overhanging the city of Agadir, in a enclosed plot planted with trees and full of flowers. There also is a big swimming pool.
The house id located in residential area, quiet and safe.
The house is composed of three living-rooms, a fully-equiped kitchen, four bedrooms including a parental suite with a balcony. there also is air-con.
On the first floor there are a hammam, a sauna and a jacuzi.
Nice finishing touches, upscale furnishing.
Exceptional product for Marocco.
Caretaker present on the premises.
A french speaking househeeper is coming daily and is usually employed at the house (she is doing the household most of the time, but she can also do the shopping, she can cook,... for a slight increase in the price. This has to be checked directly with her.)
Supermarket, chemist, sport club close to the house.
Inner-city at 10 minutes, beach at 6 kms, sun warranty 300 days per year at Agadir.

Villa in Adadir was wonderful. Rachid and Rachida were excellent. Rachida kept the villa spotless. Rachid was outstanding and helped solve any and all concerns. He even got involved with car problems and helped with language communications. We stayed in the villa 34 nights and you will be very happy if you rent this property.

All the rooms a good size and lots of moroccan mosaic bathrooms. The highlight without doubt is the 2 x 3 m screen in the upstairs room for watching netflix etc after dark. Such a superb addition is also a first for us a rental property. The pool although too cold for swimming in December is the biggest and best in over 10 properties we have previously rented. We used all the daylight hours and some of the evening ones sitting outside here since the garden was well lit. I believe it will now have out of season heating which would mean we probably would never have left the beautiful garden! We particular we enjoyed spotting the several tortoises living in the garden. Fatima deserves a special mention for doing ALL our washing up since the dishwasher didn't work and generally looking after the house during our stay. Rachid always on hand to tame banging shutters (we had some wind our first days) and start up the Hamman or sauna in the basement for when we returned from a day out. Wonderful additions to an already well appointed property. The house is secure in its own grounds and in a nice area only a short drive from down town.
