Minha Estadia é pela sexta vez no Passargata, em aptos e andares diferentes, conheço hotel e amooo me hospedar lá, conforto, segurança e Apto da Neusa muito confortável e com tudo que precisamos pra fazer nossa própria comida, obrigada Neusa pelo mimo de boas vindas e pelo carinho que nos atendeu. Nada reclamar só agradecer, os porteiros atenciosos. Voltarei várias vezes... Amooo Villa velha.

I liked the location , building facilities and surrounding
The mattress on the twin bed requires attention. The window in the same bedroom does not close properly, resulting in increased street noise. The air conditioning unit and the refrigerator in the kitchen both require maintenance due to the noise. Additionally, the sofa in the living room and the small side table in the twin bedroom were damaged.
