Lugar bem amplo, bonito, muito limpo, bem localizado e com vista linda.

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo e com uma excelente vista da praia. Vc não precisa de carro para nada se seu objetivo é ficar em torno da praia. Mas se estiver de carro, a garagem é coberta e de facil acesso. Ainda tem uma piscina no terraço com toda estrutura.
Faltou uma forma para assar pizza mas foi suprida pelas excelentes pizzarias proximas que fazem entrega rapidíssimo.

Só a vista
Os equipamentos são extremamente antigos televisão não funciona nem YouTube nem canais nada na verdade nem ligava e não foi resolvido , microondas o botão de ligar não funcionava tudo muito antigo a misteira nem tive coragem de usar . Chuveiro com resistência queimada só funciona o morno . Garfos enferrujados complicado .
