Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr schön. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen und eine große Terasse.
Wonderful Italy hat als Gastgeber keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Dokumentierte und am ersten Tag angezeigte Mängel wurden nicht behoben und scheinen entsprechend der zurückliegenden Bewertungen schon lange Zeit zu bestehen. So wird mit Internet geworben, jedoch gab es dieses nur sporadisch. Die Toilettenspülungen, insbesondere aber im Bad, welches direkt an einem der Schlafzimmer angrenzt, funktionieren nicht richtig bzw. sind defekt. So lief Tag und Nacht das Wasser geräuschvoll. Einruhiger Schlaf war dadurch nicht möglich. Angekündigte Toilettenartikel (Shampoo und Duschbad) gab es nicht. WONDERFUL ITALY HAT SICH AUCH NACH ZAHLREICHEN KONTAKTVERSUCHEN NICHT UM EINE LÖSUNG BEMÜHT! INSOFERN IST DIESE AGENTUR UNSERES ERACHTENS ALS GASTGEBER ZU EMPFEHLEN.

Loved the windy terrace. When we open the windows, AC was not needed. The walk up and down did us good after eating a great meal. Kept us in shape.
The TV in one bedroom was not working. AC dripping in another bedroom. Lighting in bathroom mirrors was very dark. Fridge way too small.

Great place close to everything in Ostuni, large rooms, nice beds. 3 bathrooms, everything very clean. And the terrace was lovely too
Small kitchen area but we didn’t cook so much so it was ok.
On your last day, you have to take the bins out to a place that doesn’t exist, the address that the owner provided is not updated. A bit of a fuss looking for the rubbish bins but it’s something quite usual in Italy.

Lovely traditional building, generally well designed accommodation. Good location for the old town within easy walking distance of copious fabulous restaurants. Roof terrace has excellent views of the old town and the sea. Good for a short stay, as there is only a galley kitchen. Reasonable value for money.
I would have given a much higher rating had it not been for a number of small but annoying issues. The young girl who handed over the keys knew nothing about the property and told me to "call Head Office" if I had any questions. I asked if it was possible to have a second set of keys, as we were in a group of six but was told "no". There was no manual and only a generic brochure via a QR code, which was of no use. For a group of six, the property had five sets of towels, four chair cushions, four tumbler glasses, two wine glasses and one tea towel. There were a number of faults, including a toilet constantly flushing, showers leaking, a faulty ignition hob and a number of lights not working. If only someone spent some time and about 100Euro on supplying more towels and glassware and general maintenance, this would have been a much more enjoyable stay. My impression from this brief stay was that 'Wonderful Italy' puts profit above customer satisfaction.
