The location was excellent and the host was very friendly and helpful in text exchanges.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the sheets felt quite old. It may be worth investing in this. The coverings on the couches also made the living room feel unusable.

good location, near city center, spacious with 3 rooms, confortable garage to park a small car.

house was not confortable (no confortable furniture in the living room to sit). rooms not very confortable too (foam matresses) and in one of the rooms the sheets were not clean (they had stains). also the lighting was not welcoming. basement downstairs smells like mould and humidity, we never went there. bathroom towels were also too old to use. in the end the host asked us to take out the trash ourselves.

Location was close to the main piazza and easy to exit the city by car. Car Parking was on the property in a locked space so it was safe.

The host (property management employee) was in a hurry to settle us into the property. This left us with some unanswered questions. To be fair we did not give our exact arrival time instead we gave a two hour range for eta. The host had to come to the property from 20 minutes away. The wifi was not working for the four days we stayed. We were told the problem was with their internet service provider. Kitchen was awkward with dishes in an area out of the kitchen. Some basic kitchen items were not available such as a toaster and pairing knife. Italian espresso coffee pot was not very clean. We were two couples so a second set of keys would have been convenient so that we could go out separately.
