Die Lage war insgesamt okay. Man hat fußläufig alles erreicht, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Supermärkte, Tavernen, Cafés und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Der Strand ist ein wenig entfernt gelegen. Den Weg kann man für einen schönen Spaziergang nutzen. Es lohnt sich sehr.

The house and the staircase were nice and clean. The apartment was new, with a comfortable bed and sofa. There was a table and two chairs inside, as well as on the balcony, which was great for having my meals. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well. The TV was also quite large, with the option to log in to streaming services.
There is a big shop and a café nearby. You can get into the city by several buses that stop within a 2–5 minute walk from the house. The fridge was big enough and clean, and there was a coffee machine and a kettle. The washing machine also worked well. There was a free parking space.
When I asked for extra bedding, the hosts provided it.
I stayed for two months (June and July 2025), so I’d like to list the things that were uncomfortable or disturbing during my stay, especially considering the price of the apartment (3,313 EUR).
The walls are very thin — I could hear almost everything happening in the neighboring apartments and around the house. The neighborhood is extremely noisy; resident families shouted every night until midnight. The noise from cars and motorcycles on the street was also very loud at night.
The bathroom wall and the shower curtain were moldy. There was no hair dryer, and I didn’t receive one even after asking. Water was leaking from the toilet.
I had to buy some basic items because they were missing: a mop head, chopping board, cutting knife, and a drying rack for pots. The hob was broken — I could use it, but it didn’t seem safe. The oven was missing a rack, so I couldn’t use it at all.
In the first week, one night there was loud screaming, heavy thuds, sounds resembling gunshots, and then intense crying for nearly half an hour. We called the police, who handled the situation. The next day, we contacted the hosts, and they assured us that those tenants would no longer stay there and nothing like it happened earlier.
It was a frightening experience, and I asked for at least a partial refund for the remaining nights so I could move out and find another place, but the hosts didn’t offer any support. Although nothing similar happened later, the incident affected me deeply, and I didn’t feel safe during the many noisy nights.
