The host was incredibly kind and flexible. They left me some refreshments and food on my arrival, which was very kind and much needed after the long journey! They also offered the opportunity to stay in the apartment far beyond check-out time and expected nothing in return. The accommodation was located outside of the city centre, however, there were multiple bus lines in the neighbourhood that were directly connected to the city centre and Heraklion airport. Furthermore, everything you needed was in the neighbourhood, including supermarkets and places to eat. The accomodation also had a private parking, which has made renting a car much easier as well, as there was always a spot to park the car in the protected parking. All in all a lovely time!

La chambre est calme et confortable, le parking réservé est bien appréciable. La douche est agréable. L’appartement est simple et pratique pour loger hors du centre à un prix raisonnable.

L’emplacement est loin du centre ville, dans un quartier périphérique sans charme, il faut reprendre la voiture ou le bus pour s’approcher de la zone touristique, à pied le long trajet n’est pas très agréable. Au vu des commentaires précédents, nous avons été plutôt déçus de notre expérience que nous espérions plus chaleureuse, mais rien de grave, tout s’est bien déroulé.
