Cuckoo's Alpine Nest

The property is clean and well presented,with plenty of space and good furniture in the livingroom/ kitchen.The dining table is especially good( and needs some tablemats to protect it). There is a proper cooker with oven and grill,not just a hob and microwave as is usually the case in a holiday apartment.There is a good amount of crockery and cutlery ,and small items like washing up liquid were supplied. The airconditioner in the large bedroom works very well,and the smaller bedroom has a powerful fan.The downstairs room remained cool in hot weather. The location of the apartment is very good for motorway access,and it would be practicable to walk into Bled village and avoid the heavy traffic there.It is quiet here at night. There is a supermarket adjacent to the house.

Extremely limited headroom in the bathroom- not only a low sloping roof but a head - cracking sharp vertex.There was also a lack of ventilation.The stairs are a very steep open ladder with no handrail on the wall side. Both bedrooms have low ceilings.The large one has only the single bed affected- the double is clear.The smaller one has a complete sloping ceiling,and the only window is a roof light,which is noisy during rain. I do not think the property suitable for the less agile,nor for a group with more than two full size adults.I am six feet four inches tall. The kitchen has a safety problem.The worktop is not sealed to the wall- indeed there is about a half cm gap.Any water on this worktop therefore can run down the wall below, where there is a mains socket in the cabinet.There is also a gas bottle in this space.

Good location. Close to a grocery store and to main directions to landmarks. Clean and comfortable apartment. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. Great parking. Check-in process was very quick and efficient.

Very small apartment, which is ok but we were 4 staying there and on a rainy day when there was not much to do, it got very crowded. The double bed was not so comfortable. There was a coffee machine but no coffee filters. A bit to high price to be honest.

Nous aviosn l'appartement 6 au rez de chaussé avec chambre à l'étage. Le logement était très bien placé. très agréable. Un supermarché juste à coté. La gare et les arrêts de bus sont à une centaine de mètres à pieds pour aller à Bled et aux autres villes. Place de parking comprise. Il y a tout le nécessaire de toilette à dispositions (gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette et serviettes et torchons). Cafetière à filtre et grille pain présent. Machine à laver avec étandoir

Les rideaux pas assez opaques dans les chambres et laissent passer le jour le matin. Partage de terrasse dans une cours commune de plusierus logements.

Estábamos en la planta baja y casi no entraba luz, quizás una cortina para mantener la persiana abierta sería buena idea. Por la parte de atrás del apartamento había un almacén de materiales y a partir de la 7 de la mañana hacían mucho ruido cargando camiones
