Penguin Place

The place is spacious with well equipped kitchen. Kitchen is at level 2 of the place and is connected to the balcony where u can cook, eat and relax. Please note that there are aircon ( which helps to maintain temperature in cold weather) only in the 2 living areas but there is none in any of the 3 bedrooms. Can be cold at night. However ceiling fan and light are provided in each bedroom. Very close to supermarkets (Coles) , easy to stock up on food.

The price that we paid through booking.com unfortunately includes the standard package only ( told by the cleaning company) and this does not include linen and bath towels. However, you can include them for $30 per bed. Please take note of this when making the booking. However they have paper like protective covering on the beds and the pillows ( refer to my attached photos). Blankets are provided. No toiletries such as shampoo etc are provided. Please bring along ur own toiletries. The dryer is also functioning erratically so do not recommend washing of clothes as it will be difficult to dry.

Location and house itself

A bit dusty...cleaners need to freshen up a bit before guests come.

The property was clean and very close to town. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely place to spend with the family.

Bedding and towels should be included in price, feel the additionsl charge is unneccessary.

Location was central.

Sleeping on the ground floor you can hear every single footsteps on the upper level..even when the dog was walking around. The list of things to do upon exit of the property it is LONG.
