In my entire life I’ve never seen anything as dirty as this place!! Paid £174 for two night Night one heating worked perfect Night two no heating whatsoever! Messaged management at team 10pm no response till 8am I wouldn’t recommend anyone going with kids in this property! The dirt is just like living in the third world!

2 out of 4 beds were broken, my son had to go to a Travelodge and fork out as his bed was not sleepable, it wasn’t particularly clean- everywhere needed a good scrub, kitchen cupboards need relaxing- they were all damaged it looked like they had been kicked in, the sofa as full of stains, a stash of bin bags- some ripped open outside the back and an awful smell. I would have refused to have cooked there. It smelt damp and not looked after! The bathroom was full of mould and had wallpaper ripped on the wall, the flooring was botched and loads of tears in Lino which did not fit the bathroom properly and we felt generally dirty leaving there this morning. Would not return and would like a refund or partial refund to cover the addition£90 my son and his partner had to fork out for the hotel. The shower head was broken and had been bodged on a previous occasion with tape but on the whole, I would not have set foot in the shower. The tiling behind the cooker was dirty and greasy and there were a pile of letters greeting us in the porch which suggested that the place has not been checked over in some time. The only thing was the bedding and towels were clean- although there was a massive dead bluebottle fly on one of the pillows which I refused to use. Curtains and nets were barely hanging - half a job curtain poles and hooks

Area - not hosts fault but group of lads all smoking weed opp the house, the smell was awful We left a day early because of bed bugs visibly walking all over a bed, it was disgusting, moved a table it was filthy behind it, bags of rubbish piled up in the back garden, dirty bath mats, looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks, this property should never have been on the booking.com site, obv never been inspected, I phoned booking.com at 3am to get some help, there was four adults and four children in our party, I had to put all four children in my bed which seemed to be the only one clean, booking.com refused to sort another accommodation out for us stating they were a third party and not there responsibility, to my mind surely if it is on their site they should make sure it is in a decent condition to be rented out, said they could make a refund but 10-12 working days, I needed to find accommodation for the next night, fortunately the landlord was apologetic and refunded me in the morning, this place needs a lot of tlc and money spent on it, until that's done don't go anywhere near it

The location was good Good price

No breakfast was included. We did not even get any milk on the second day we stayed there. The toilet seat was moving.

Lovely comfortable beds and the bathroom is huge
