Place was very clean and the home was fully stocked in kitchen and bathroom. Cute small home place for 2 people. Bed was very comfy, and it helped having the blinds that kept out the light. Plenty of parking. 7-11 and Waffle house right across the street. Walking distance to downtown Frederick. Quiet home off a busy street but never heard the cars from having the home back away from the street. I highly recommend this place and look forward to going back.
I had a hard time figuring out the AC control in rooms. They had remotes and they had instructions but I personally couldn't get them to work as they should had. Watch out for the pothole coming into the parking lot. Hard to see especially at night.

No extra bed for son in living room an airbed in the living room would be ideal for a 3rd adult Simple instruction about heating control would also help.
