Very nice, modern 2 bedroom apartment. Walking distance to Paceville. It has everything you could need.
Nothing, only we wished pool was heated a bit warmer, it felt a bit cold, but maybe that's normal for an outdoor pool at that size, so it wasn't a big issue.

Coole Location in guter Lage !!
Es handelt sich hier um eine schöne Penthouse-Wohnung im 4.Stock mit schöner Terrasse und privatem Pool.
Die Wohnung ist bequem zu erreichen mit einem Aufzug direkt ins Penthouse.
Der Pool ist beheizt und nicht so stark gechlort, sehr angenehm. (Wir waren im Dezember und ich war mehrfach baden :-) Es gibt auch eine Aussendusche, was super ist.
Die Wohnung ist in einem belebten Viertel, d.h. wenig Parkplätze. Aber zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage und man kann entweder in der Garage oder davor parken.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt alles was man braucht.
Die Betten sind bequem, und es gab auch gute Decken und Kopfkissen.
In der Wohnung ist es super ruhig, auch nachts......man hört nichts !!
Der Verwalter Alex war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Dankeschön !!
Ein paar Dinge müssten verbessert, bzw. erneuert werden. Da die Wohnung nicht gerade preiswert ist, finde ich nicht daß die unten aufgeführten Punkte zum sonst sehr guten Standard der Wohnung passen.....
Das Sofa ist sehr unbequem und etwas fleckig.
Es gibt für jeden nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch, und die sind zum Teil auch schon etwas dünn und fadenscheinig.
Die Pooltücher sind bunt zusammengewürfelt und wirken wie vergessene Badetücher von Gästen :-(
Im Masterbad fehlt eine Glasscheibe in der Dusche, und die Armaturen sind so locker daß man sie ab und zu in der Hand hat.....
Leider wurde die Terrasse um den Pool mit einem Kunstrasen belegt, und hat nicht mehr den schönen Belag wie auf den Fotos in der Beschreibung.

Great modern apartment, good bedrooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor space.
The living room settee was ready to be changed/replaced. Some of the cupboards needed declutterring. Bedroom 2 duvet was too small for the bed. Although no fault of the owners the pavements outside were being replaced so incredibly noisy road works from 7.10am every day. The property next door is being rebuilt which again was noisy and there should have been an advisory for this. The pool could have been cleaner and it didn’t seem as though the filters were ever on?

The apartment blew away all our expectations, with the rooftop pool/jacuzzi being the highlight of our holiday. The views during the day, and even in the evening were spectacular.
The apartment itself is located around a 10minute walk from most major shops, but be wary as the way back is a bit uphill! The area itself is quiet so you should be well rested.
The apartment also contained any facilities that we needed; dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, coffee machine amongst many others.
Alex is a great host that’s very communicative. I’d recommend this location and definitely go back in the future as we had a great time.
The a/c in one of the rooms may be considered to be a bit loud.
