About this house rental
In the commune of Saint-Victor-la-Coste, we offer this lovely 98 m² house with swimming pool and air conditioning for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 52 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 250 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises :
- A 52 m² living room with TV, table, 2 armchairs, sofa bed with quality mattress...
- A dining area with a large table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : bedroom with double bed (140×190), TV, wardrobe and desk
- Bedroom 2 & 3 : bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV and wardrobe
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A private, unheated, south-facing pool measuring 4.25mx2.25m, open from early April to late September. It is protected by a cover with a bar for children (which prevents the water from cooling at night).
- South-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasol and gas hob to enjoy the sunny days.
- A lovely 250 m² enclosed garden
The house is ideally located in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Activities :
- Less than 30 minutes from Avignon, Uzès, Orange, the Pont du Gard, etc.
- 10 minutes from Tavel
- 1 hour from the sea or the Cévennes
- Visit the medieval village of character
- Boules and tennis courts
- Several signposted hiking trails nearby
- Many historic sites to visit : the Castellas castle overlooking the old village, the remains of Caesar's camp or the Sainte Baume chapel carved into the rock.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (5.2m x 3m) with an electric gate or in the house's private car park (6m x 5m).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you :
- Nearest train station : Avignon SNCF station 26 km away (about 30 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport : Marseille Provence airport, 122 km (about 1 hours by car).
