The living areas of this three-storey property include an open-plan living area with kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, dining seating for eight and a sitting area with Smart TV, as well as a cloakroom and utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge. Each of the bedrooms have a TV and include a second-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size, a second-floor double and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with decking and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.9 miles or less you will find a shop, pub and a beach. Please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but smoking is not. Highchair, travel cot and stairgates available. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in rent. A bar/restaurant that has a view of the beach is the ideal place for a meal with a view or sunset beverages. In addition, Praa Sands is home to a golf course and country club, where you may play while taking in the most stunning views of the ocean. The 16th-century tower of Pengersick Castle is located not far inland from the coastline. Pengersick is reputed to be haunted, and a monk's ghost has allegedly been spotted wandering the grounds.

Very enjoyable, even though the weather was not good, we did have happy times on the beach and meals out not far away. So much to visit close by. To come back to the lovely house finished a good day, perfectly.
