About this house rental
Bright summer house located in Marielyst. The summer house contains an open kitchen with, among other things, microwave, induction cooker, separate oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Cozy living room with TV with Danish and German channels, free wi-fi and high chair for the little ones. The house sleeps in three rooms with double beds in each room. Bathroom with wc, sink and shower. Lovely terrace where you can spend many hours sunbathing, relaxing and barbecuing in the lovely summer evenings. Large terrace with the possibility of finding space on two sides. On the grounds there is space for the little ones to romp around with soccer goals and a small fire pit. Free access to Swimming Center Falster. Not for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
