The house features two comfortable bedrooms and a large loft (hems) with four single beds that can be arranged as needed. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area offer all modern conveniences, while the spacious living area includes a wood-burning stove, perfect for cozy evenings. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the rooms and offer lovely views of the surrounding greenery. During warmer months, you can enjoy outdoor living across several terraces, equipped with comfortable garden furniture for relaxing, dining, or simply soaking up the sun. The lawn provides ample space for games and outdoor fun. For added family entertainment, a trampoline is available on the property (use at your own risk / insurance applies). The combination of open indoor spaces, multiple outdoor seating areas, and a large natural plot ensures both relaxation and recreation for all ages. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
