About this house rental
Cozy and secluded cottage by Virksund with path system to good beach, marina m.m. The cottage is well furnished and also has a good conservatory of 25 m2 with bio fireplace, wooden floor and an extra bed. From the entrance hall there is access to a bathroom with whirlpool and sauna, kitchen with bright furniture, half wall to the living room, tiled floor and skylights and to 4 good bedrooms. A good and spacious cottage with really many activities for both big and small. The house is located on sheltered land of 3844 m2 with terraces, large & # 160; lawn usable for ball games, petanque / beach-volleyball court, buried trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance), sandpit and swing set. In addition, there is a garage with closed dog yard. Not for rent to youth groups A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
